• Implemented the production process planning as per Services in the regions, thanks to that the sluice season began a month earlier in 2017 than in 2016 and the production was 45 kg of gold greater than in 2016
• Made a schedule of repairs, installation, preventative maintenance repair and servicing, which allowed to increase the volume of processed raw materials by 20% and to minimize emergency repairs
• Controlled procurement and was responsible for the document management which resulted in streamlined material and technical base in the regions and identification of non-liquid inventory
• Built and coordinated work of the Services in the regions, thus reduced downtime and increased equipment utilization rate by 14%
• Carried out procurement of equipment and materials for the new field, organized the supervised installation, as a result start-up and adjustment works began ahead of schedule
• Developed, approved operating modes cards and methods of testing, which resulted in elimination of inefficient equipment, identification of actual losses of gold and improvement of its extraction to 95-98%
• After the analysis of the cost and installation time conducted jointly with colleagues, metal tubes were replaced with rubber ones, which allowed to save more than 600 thousand rubles per day during the installation of equipment
• Substantiated and introduced the coefficient of chemically pure gold content at the enterprises, which reduced its average annual shortfall by 65 million rubles
• Signed agreements with leading research institutes and tracked the audit of facilities in the process of preparation for the purchase, which allowed to acquire profitable assets for the company - daily income of around 4-6 kg of gold
