Tasks: * Teaching Engineering Courses and guide students * *Advisor and Visitor participation in Sohar industrial area: ORPIC -Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries- (Topic related To: Refinery& Catalytic Reforming Process Technology and Equipment) and to CPI – Composite Pipes Industry LLC-CPI is a leader in the fiberglass pipe industry and is driving conversion to fiberglass pipe systems, Fiberglass pipes include Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) pipes, Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) pipes and Glass Reinforced Vinylester (GRV) pipes. * ** Project Engineer with IMCO & Engineering Consulting Group (in Muscat Governorate, Oman). Design and estimation cost of chlorinated poly vinyl chloride (CPVC) plant. The project activities will be focused on the process selection for the production of CPVC in the form of free-flowing macrogranules which are derived from solid free-flowing macrogranules of PVC, material and energy balances, process variables, safety and environment impact, preliminary cost estimation, design and sizing of individual equipment, economical feasibility study and the perform hazard and operability (or HAZOP) and environment studies on the CPVC production plant. * ***Tasks and responsibilities with Proplast-Tunisia Company: • Investigates and evaluates existing technology of HDPE pipe extrusion line. • Designs and implements new methodologies, materials, machines, processes or products. • Conducts feasibility studies of the design to determine ability to function as intended. • Coordinates activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure the delivery of materials or services needed to meet scheduled timelines. • Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
