Strategic planning and implementation:
• Segmentation of market, analysis of market trends, initial assessment for segments for investments/profits ratio, development of vertical strategy, planning, definition of possible approach according to existing assets (own and partner).
Customer relationship
• Active projects search in prospects and customers - in media, existing customers, through partners, good for "cold calls" and direct touch, opportunities definition, forecasting, solutions development (hardware, management software, education, testing, project supervision) for specific customers according to their business plan and IT-needs, presentations to prospects - B and C-level communications and influence. Negotiation of contracts terms.
Partner relationship
• Negotiation of specific customer’s contracts terms and conditions. Opportunities definition for specific verticals and customers.
• Organization of networking equipment tests
• Partner sales support
• Co-marketing activities participation
Achievements:
Formed a trusted relationship with a number of partners and customers.
Widened product and company presence on the market and shifted its image from “Just Another American Chinese JV And Start-up Company” to “H3C Technologies = Reliable Networking Solutions Vendor”.
Fixed and secured H3C position in a number of big accounts.
