HR Admin:
- Control of HR administration and payroll in accordance with the requirements of the legislation and the company SOPs.
- Development of new and revision of existing internal regulatory documents of the company in the field of HR to ensure their compliance with the company's needs and labor legislation.
- Conducting an internal HR audit.
- Responsibility for passing inspections in the state authorities.
- Settlement of disputes between the employee and the employer (complex dismissals, disciplinary cases). Monitoring compliance with disciplinary procedures.
- Consulting management and employees on personnel issues.
- Maintaining a database of employees on the company's global portal.
Analytics:
- Weekly reports and presentations for the Russian management of the company on current HR projects and key indicators (staff turnover, recruitment deadlines, etc.)
- Monthly reports on current projects to the company's head-office.
Budget:
- Preparation of the annual HR budget together with the HRD. Monthly supervision of budget execution, drawing up a budget plan.
- Participation in the development of a 5-year LRP budget with different business development scenarios.
Compensation and benefits:
- Maintaining the entire package of compensation and benefits for employees (Insurances, salary project).
- The calculation of bonuses for sales staff.
- Administration of the Perfomance Managment system on the internal portal. The calculation of annual bonuses on the basis of indicators PM.
- Administration of the project to reward employees for their achievements and loyalty to the company.
- Organization of adaptation trainings, corporate events and other events, aimed at increasing employee motivation.
Training and development:
- On-boarding. Adaptation of new employees. Organization of induction training for office employees, assistance in adaptation during the trial period.
- Participation in induction sessions for regional staff. Conducting an HR presentation.
- Participation in assessment sessions of the training Department.
- Implementation and administration of the remote employee training system on the company's internal portal. Adaptation of global training courses for the Russian employees.
- Organization of additional outdoor training for employees (English, Excel, etc.)
Projects:
- The project of personnel registration of transition to remote traveling work of 80% of the staff.
- Project for transferring employees to another legal entity.
- Organization of medical examinations of employees.
- Organization of job evaluation and certification.
- Conducting tenders: Insurances, HR outsourcing, salary project.
