Обязанности и достижения:
1. Internal events planning:
- full coordination and organization of marketing events (strategic sessions, performances, team buildings, marketing conferences, etc);
- daily planning: communication with the agency, brief preparation, time and budget control, setting up rooms & IT help;
- assistance in translation and presentations preparation.
2. Involvement in category initiatives:
- leaflet creation for a new lipstick shade launch (see in portfolio);
- participation in sales conference: took part in BTL activities, worked on stands;
- conducted a qualitative research on consumers' evaluation of Avon Christmas campaign: had a conversation with more than 150 consumers within 1 day.
3. Involvement in financial initiatives (i.e. budget preparation):
- gathering and consolidating the data on Marketing Department travel budget;
- data organisation and presentation for HO Commercial Marketing Department;
- day-to-day monitor the expenses versus the budget.
4. Administrative support of the Marketing department of around 50 people (calendar support, travel support, event management, paper workload, etc.);
5. Full day-to-day support of three executives (calendar support, visa and travel support, event management, translations and presentations preparation, paper workload, personal requests, etc.).
While working in Avon I showed significant commitment to maintaining professional contacts and effective collaboration with representatives of cross-functional departments.
Through managing different marketing and sales events I gained some expertise in event management (e.g. coordination and organization), developed the ability to organise heavy workload, manage multiple priorities and showed excellent communication and presentation skills. I also demonstrated myself as a highly motivated and creatively thinking employee while working with Color team on a leaflet creation.
I have decided to leave Avon and start my career in agency side as a Trainee to gather advertising&branding experience and expertise in different sectors and clients, master my analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
