• Evaluating assigned territory constantly to ensure all business opportunities are being maximized.
• Fulfillment of “0 out of stock” policy, managing distribution within the entrusted territory
• Achieved 98% product availability throughout territory by the end of assignment.
• Signed 5 new contracts.
Trade Activation Team (Head Office, Moscow) – 6 months
• Created national brand activation plans for Rothmans, Yava Gold 30 launch.
• Cross-functional cooperation with brand group, RKA, Distribution, Customer Development departments to create a full-scope activity appraisals with presentation to senior management.
• Rework and implementation of new Cycle Instructions for Field Force (900 Trade Reps).
• Full Project management. Created new POSM material «Jumbo Pack» sold the idea to senior management, successfully managed stakeholders to create pack design, organise production, distribute the product to Business units. Received a personal note of gratitude from Rothmans Brand Group for that activity.
