Обязанности и достижения:
1) Working with P.O.S. and printing materials
• Demand evaluation, tracking of production and procurement;
• Controlling the fulfillment of all required properties of the POS and printing materials
• Negotiating with suppliers regarding non-commercial issues
• Tracking distribution and placement according to the approved standards fot P.O.S. materials.
• Supporting all departments of the company with POS materials and printing materials on demand
2) Informative coordination
Communication with all kinds of company’s department s regarding regular and new products (product, purchasing and production managers)
Preparation of slide decks concerning regular products, product groups and novelties
Demonstration of novelties to all sales departments, communication regarding actual or preparing to be launched sales promo activities
Weekly briefing with sales departments regarding sales; sub-total and total results of BTL activities, b2b promo, sales analysis (esp. novelties distribution)
Writing material for the monthly corporate informative monthly digest, preparing descriptions and issues for company’s Website
Coordination with PR-agency concerning brand’s participation in promotional events and engagement in social network campaign
3) BTL
Taking part in formulation of promo-actions, addressed to different parts of distribution chain (calculation, budgeting, formulation)
Provision of all P.O.S. and printing materials to sales departments
Presentation of launched promo-activities to sales departments, sub-total and total results summary
Placing advertisement in client’s catalogues
Monitoring of promo-activities realization, POS placing controlling
Drafting, agreeing and following the promo-events schedule for key clients
Evaluation of promo activities implementation (following terms, schedule and budget) and efficiency
4) ATL
Coordination of outdoor advertisement –contract execution, placing, layout execution controlling, payment tracking, monitoring.
5) Reporting
Preparation of weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly sales reports, analysis of current situation and long-term prospects
Analytical reports regarding distribution of regular products and novelties: customers base and assortment coverage
Reports regarding promo-activities: efficiency, total results, budgeting, POS consumption control
