Supported all users of the company (~ 45 000 users) 1, 2 and 3 lines, in a team of specialists (~ 120 employees) worldwide (Russia, CIS, Europe, Africa, Canada, Asia). Coordinated the work of IT specialists of the company's divisions (Serbia, Croatia, Albania), as well as Romania and Bulgaria. Communicated with representatives of local IT, jointly solved IT problems, provided release of new IT products in the region. Connected the Belgrade office to the Helpdesk system, sending a stream of user requests to the Service Desk, that greatly facilitated the work of local IT. As a result of my work, the level of registration of users' requests to Helpdesk grew by 250%. Has written more than 70 articles for Knowledge Base.
- Administered AD (Windows Server 2003/2008), Exchange (2003/2010), BlackBerry (BES 5.0).
- Was responsible for the preparation of training materials (Citrix, VPN, Printers, Wi-Fi). Over 30 presentations have been written.
- Administered the company's telephony based on Avaya including hunt, pickup groups, adding, deleting stations, restriction of rights, COR, COS, Coverage Paths.
- Supported SAP HR, SAP (common functionality).
- Supported Oracle Siebel (Creation of new users, mobile clients, points).
