- Linux Suse based administration of the customer PC fleet and the proxy server on the basis of FreeBSD (installation and assembly from the scratch) and Suse SLES as a file server;
- programming in bash, sh and python scripting languages;
- successful experience of a free software implementation instead of the commercial one (based on Linux OpenSuse 11.x), system integration of Open Office, SAP R3;
- 1C administration: Trade and stock 7.5, Accounting 7хх, 8хх;
- remote administration: RDP, VNC, X11, Telnet, Rlogin, RFB, ARD, ICA, SSH and the company’s own ones;
- analog and digital automatic telephone exchange programming;
- the entire WINDOWS range to the server 2003-2008 items, setting NAT, AD and other access rights and routes;
- setting trade equipment with “0” (Pos systems), any models of barcode scanners, customer displays, cash registers and data terminals – that is, firmware upgrade and adjustment (Cipher Lab 800X), and configuration,
- maintenance of contractual relations between the branch and the service and machinery suppliers, starting from the service tender and on, negotiations period and collection of requisite documentation. The result is cost reduction by 30% due to the tenders;
- drawing the branch department budget, actuality control in the expense lines, accounts posting;
- managing the staff of the branch’s system administrators (Chelyabinsk Oblast and Sverdlovskaya Oblast), tasks assignment and operative solution;
- timely modernization and repair of hardware;
- continuous work for extension, opening new divisions in IT area in Ural region;
- Performance and arrangement for inventory of stock and retail.
