1) Manager of the procurement and Foreign Economic Activity department
Main tasks: • PTP process management: planning the delivery schedule and placing orders at the group's production sites (Belgium, Czech Republic, Turkey, Japan, Korea, etc.), monitoring their execution. • Document management: agreement and conclusion of contracts, regular operational document management with suppliers, control of fulfillment of obligations under contracts. • Managing the process of dealing with complaints about suppliers of goods/services. • Maintaining a database and preparing analytical procurement reports for the company's management • Managing the logistics process of foreign economic activity: interaction with foreign suppliers, organization and control of the delivery process from the supplier's place of production to the Organization's warehouse, interaction with customs brokers, interaction with carriers, preparation of documents for customs clearance of goods. • Optimization of the logistics process: analysis of offers, selection of the optimal supplier

2) Project Manager
Main tasks: • Development and optimization of existing processes, description of processes • Preparation of a presentation for top management (sales, market analysis, financial indicators, etc.) • Passing internal and external audits • Implementation of various initiatives and projects: optimization of the inventory directory, automation of reports on the movement of goods and sales, automation of data exchange with the parent organization, etc. • Market analysis: development potential of current markets, entry into new markets • Assessment of the payback of projects in order to make a decision by management on their implementation (for example, a project on localization of production, EDI with a warehouse, etc.).

3) Customer Service Manager
Main tasks: • Sales planning: customer level/nomenclature, plan-factor analysis, identification of causes of deviations • Managing the operational process for working with clients: processing customer orders, agreeing on delivery terms, organizing delivery, monitoring the fulfillment of contract terms, and supporting clients on other operational issues • Optimization of warehouse balances (stock analysis, stock volume optimization, turnover control) • Automation of the order processing process
