Our company has worked on this project under contract of BP and this project was delivered intact to expand the scope and the establishment of special equipment for the addition of a special agent with the help of performance improvement is achieved in the pipeline for the supply of oil and it is achieved in 1, 2 times more oil supply. Expansion project on performance pipeline in the pumping station was made on coordination of BP.
I was provided of management of HSE rules and standards on this project.
At this project has participated about 150 employees from the our company.
There our company also was provided re-installation underground utilities, as well as reinstalling the electrical, telephone lines and underground pipes after completion of construction and installation and construction work in all different places at the station.
And also I was certified for PA (Performing Authority) and allows all work at the site was the procedural requirements in accordance with the PA for compliance procedures Permit to Work System.
• An experienced HSE Manager of the project from several years in the company ENCOTEC LTD, which was the contractor and execution of BP Construction Projects BTCX-1.2Expansion in the territory of the pipeline pumping station PSA2 BTC.
• Results orientated manager who takes ownership and responsibility for ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the correct standard.
• As a proven track record in managing contractors and ensuring that the contractor performs to a high standard and exceeds client expectations.
• Participate at discussion with construction engineers of new project drawing, material selection, identification and selection of suitable materials at a price of a certificate and a representative of the customer, with the foremen and supervisors of the project.
• Checking the validity of theirs certificates for welding, creating a condition, supplying them with appropriate protective equipment and safe control of the welding process.
• Watch for penetration testing of welded joints and pipeline properly isolate the pipeline
• Good communicator with the ability to work with client’s representatives and senior managers at planning and co-ordination meetings and from these meetings produce work packages and project Schedules and report back on progress and issues.
• Very responsible and dedicated person who works with the minimum of supervision.
• I'll like to inform you, during working at the current BP contractor companies I have all necessary experience and ability of HSE system and have 9 certificates and PA (Performing Authority) certificate, also at the Yevlakh PSA2 I have experience near 3 years on the Permit to Work procedure and act as a Performing Authority PA of BP by the company ENCOTEC contractor of BP.
• Also I manage construction of project BTCX 1.2 Expansion at the PSA2 (Yevlakh) and Deliver fully client’s expectation on HSE.
• - Conversant with client’s Certification procedure (GOC) requirements
- Adhere to the Permit to Work procedure and act as a Performing Authority.
• - Ensure all mechanical/electrical/instrumentation technicians under their supervision fully understand their duties and the risks associated with them.
• - Responsible for the update of mechanical/electrical/instrumentation pre commissioning progress into the project completions system in accordance with GOC.
• - Report progress/status of pre commissioning and commissioning activities in verbal and written reports.
• - Carry out line walks of mechanical/electrical/instrumentation line walks and apply process isolations where instructed.
• - Carry out mechanical/electrical/instrumentation completion line walks of mechanical and process equipment and compile punch lists in accordance with project specifications.
• - Inspect mechanical/electrical/instrumentation and process equipment in line with project specifications and complete the assassinated ITR paperwork.
• - Attend and contribute to risk task assessments
I was regularly visited all of working areas, provide to audit and examine the skills and knowledge of all the workers and all assessed by the department for safety.
All incidents and dangerous situations discussed in the reports to the lead of the company and taken all necessary measures.
Regularly I sent daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistical information about the courses and conducting of HSE meetings to the director of company.
And also:
