PROJECT -Shakh Deniz 2 project CLIENT –BP MAIN OPERATOR - BREDERO SHAW (SHAWCOR) COMPANY WORKING FOR -CASPIAN PIPE COATING PLANT/BREDERO SHAW Scope of work: Three Layer coating, concrete coating, stacking and destocking of pipes, concrete, PE, MLPP repair of damage pipes, transportation of pipes by train, vessels and trucks. Designation: HSSE supervisor /HSSE Coordinator (Working for this project since 2014) Responsibilities: • Coordinating All issues associated with Health Safety and Environmental • Ensuring that All daily /weekly and monthly HSSE related reports prepared, reported to Bredero Shaw and CPC HSE departments and then recorded • Carrying out monthly audits as per HSSE plan (LOTO/Lifting and so on) • Monitoring and conducting weekly ASA (Advanced Safety Audits) • Ensuring that all local law requirements implemented and in place • Participate daily Risk Assessment meetings and finalizing Risk Assessment of Bredero Shaw or CPC • Assisting Risk Assessment team for Hi-PO/ME-PO, LO-PO activities • Preparing and submitting daily Dashboard items • Monitoring and controlling subcontractor activities • Issuing PTW to operation party for HI-PO activities such as Confined space and assisting for issuing of other PTW documents • Investigating and submitting Initial and final investigation reports • Preparing or finalizing HSSE procedures • Conducting HSSE related trainings • Conducting drills • Submitting daily /weekly and monthly HSSE reports to Management • Monitoring Production, Yard, Yard Mechanical workshop, Load in and out activities to ensure that all procedural requirements met and followed • Auditing subcontracting companies -catering, waste removal companies • Making sure that HSE targets are met • Participating on weekly Safety walkthrough with BP and Bredero Shaw • Participating on weekly MOM meetings • Closing out items of ATS with assistance of operation team • Assisting external auditors and closing out all Non- conformances and submitting final report to Management • And so on

NORM CEMENT PLANT Scope of work: Construction of cement plant, commissioning and PMC activities, production of different classes of cement and its transportation by truck, quarterly maintenance activities as per maintenance plan and so on.
