    Create and implement effective onboarding plans. Develop training and development programs. Assist in performance management processes. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements. Lead the HSE induction upon first mobilization and keep updated the log books; Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly TS about LOC and EXP Personnel to be approved by Client on time, with salaries and invoices purposes, and then to be sent to our GHRS Department. Prepare the monthly IR reports to be sent to Client; attend the working committee once per month on site and Keep updated the dedicated report; Manage paper works such as orders, agreements, sick/annual/…leaves, etc. … to be sent on time to HR Dept. in Atyrau; Manage the crew-change of employees from/to Tengiz, including arranging tickets, accommodation, etc. and inform them accordingly; Prepare the reimbursements report to be sent to Payroll Dept. in Almaty; Check the HSE Books and in case of any issue immediately coordinate with the HR Dept. in Atyrau; Distribute on site the HSE Books, Insurance Cards, etc., if not previously done in Atyrau Office; Distribute if requested the pay slips and individual TS sent by Payroll Depts.; Coordinate with Logistics Department in Atyrau about PPE, including the distribution on site keeping updated the forms, checking those in stock and eventually request to refill it. Be the focal point for Client on site in case of any request about our employees; Be the focal point for all our employees in case of any request (leave, problem with salary, etc.) and SOLVE the problems.
