Main responsibilities: full range of HR services, fully restructured the HR function
- Recruitment: analysing recruitment needs, creation and implementation the recruitment policy, interviewing top - candidates; representing the company on Career events; work with mass media on recruitment initiatives, graduate recruitment program supervision, promotion of the company’s brand on the Russian labor market.
- Compensation & Benefits: competitive C&B schemes, incentive systems, KPI's, analysis market trends and recommendation for improvements in policies and practices, Implementation job grading- Hay method.
- Policies & Procedures: creation of policies (Employees manual; HR manual).
- Learning and Development: identification of training needs, training budgeting; development of individual training plans, training effectiveness evaluation.
- Performance appraisals: supervision of performance appraisal process: initial objective setting; mid-year and end-year reviews; conducting annual Employees Survey: results analyses, action plan development, implementation of action plan.
- Working closely with the management, providing consultancy and coach, acting as strategic business partner.
