Обязанности и достижения:
- Accountability and responsibility for all HR interventions within the Line of Business / Function and primary point of contact for liaison with the Director and the A management team.
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes.
- Contribute to the development of, and then implement business and HR strategies and plans, as a key member of the Line of Business / Function and HR management teams.
Support management teams to deliver their business objectives through their people, providing expert guidance on the management of business change and organization design for optimal performance.
