Обязанности и достижения:
- Provide administrative, clerical and translation support to the Office personnel and provide back up support when needed to other groups in the Company.
- Travel Arrangement: Air/Train/Bus Tickets, Hotel Booking, Visa, HQS documentation, Invitations, Registration, etc.
- Full administrative support to expatriates and their families;
- Maintain office supplies, procedures and processes as defined by a company procedures and management, including, but not limited to,
• Receive, screen and distribute incoming mail, faxes and all documentation or courier packages
• Handle confidential materials, photocopying, faxing, filing, typing & mail outs
• Schedule meetings, conference rooms, audio visual equipment, catering as well maintain meeting minutes as requested
• Handle incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Compose and/or translate documents for the Chief Translator and management
• Assist with manuals, periodicals, catalogs in preparation, assembly and maintaining, power point presentations, spreadsheets, statistics
• Assist with visitor protocol and management assigned tasks which can entail overtime or irregular hours
• Arrange meetings and take minutes where required: prepare and distribute as directed; potentially serving as an impromptu interpreter when necessary
• Prepare and/or assist in weekly preparation of daily/weekly operations activity Reports
• Collect employee documents
• Distribute supplies to employees as requested by the Logistics Manager.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality with respect to calendar, details, email, communication, meetings and correspondence of senior manager.
• Perform other tasks as assigned including projects, special assignments or educational courses, marketing events and etc.
