Operational management of FIT department, cooperation with outsource suppliers, the analysis of results, initiating of contacts and negotiating with key partners, development of sales strategy, participation in advertising campaigns, exhibitions, presentations, etc., development of advertising policy of the company, promotion of Middle east and Asia destinations, working out of special projects, control of arrangement and leading of familirization tours, coordination of creation of databases for directions, monitoring of tourproduct to meet requirements for prescribed standards of quality
The following results were achieved: work of key departments in department FIT was re-arranged, cooperation between departments was adjusted properly, analysis and reports were systematized accordingly, promotion of Eastern and Asian destinations was improved, cooperation with national tourism offices was adjusted
