Обязанности и достижения:
Main accountability: Set up and management the function of business intelligence in logistics directorate (9.5 thousand people, 3.5 thousand vehicles, 330 warehouses).
Responsible for: Analysis of existing business processes in terms of automation level and risks for the Company. Development and introduction measures to optimize and improve the processes efficiency.
● Creation and approval of methodology for logistics KPI calculation. Calculation, control, analysis of scorecard inconsistencies and gaps (plan/fact) for logistics and sales. Development and control the staff motivation systems.
● Participation in development and implementation of functional strategies (procurement, warehouse, transportation, organizational development). Compliance control of internal business processes and operational efficienсy in the fields, and subsequent adjustment of job discriptions, standing orders and controls, budgets, KPI. Alignment and maintenance of analytics for functional (procurement, warehouse, transportation) divisions in logistics directorate.
● Analytical support for new projects of the company (20% of working time). Business cases calculation, creation of dynamic scalable matrices, PERT analysis, Gantt diagram, P&L analysis.
● Analysis of financial results and costs (CAPEX / OPEX) in logistics directorate (plan-fact-deviation). Analysis of financial efficiency of the tenders and bidweyers - savings on commercial and non-commercial purchases on YTD.
● Budgets development, approval and analysis of execution. Detailing the causes of deviations, introduction the measures for optimization.
● Close cooperation with sales to improve the quality of forecasts during the reporting period; manufacturer involvement in the network sales planning.
Key deliverables:
► Organization of the business intelligence department from scratch. Creation the team and development the department strategy. Creation of a general scheme of processes, introduction of job descriptions, new procedures, standing orders and controls for BI department.
► Comprehensive optimization of wage-fund level (6%), warehouse space (4%), maintenance of own fleet (14%) and transport costs (3%).
► Development the plan for elimination the vulnerabilities in SAP (administrative measures, technical tasks for development in SAP), as a result - reducing the risks of process vulnerabilities, work automating and reducing the number of errors in acceptance, processing and shipping of orders. Financial and operational violations of various types were identified for more than 300 million rubles per year.
► Implementation the project for creation of comprehensive analytics IT tool for Megapolis (Qlik Sence), which was one of three leaders of the contest "Project of the Year 2017" in the category "Analytical Solutions in Retail and Distribution" according to the portal "Global CIO".
