Since 2012 the project manager (Control Tower) for the supply of equipment and spare parts for gold mines in West Africa, fully controlled the entire supply chain, conducted direct communication with suppliers in different countries of the world (including at the level of top managers and managers). Was engaged in the organization of consolidated shipments from 3 different warehouses in Europe and South Africa by all means of transport to the countries of West Africa. Conducted complete independent project management, including developing a strategy for working with clients and suppliers, budgeting, coordinating payment to contractors and controlling receivables, regular meetings with managers of the client company and supplier companies, managing a group of employees involved in the project (the total number of 30 people). I have experience in procurement and tendering for the provision of transport. Own base of contractors required for organizing any type of transportation in / around the Russian Federation and customs clearance is in place. From 2012 to 2014 implemented more than 5 projects for the supply of large-sized equipment from Europe to the Russian Federation for various refineries. The total tonnage is over 2,000 freight tons.
