Development of the company business plans, participation in preparation of feasibility studies for new projects of the company.
Drawing up the contracts for supply of machinery and equipment, as well as components, raw materials and materials required for production needs of the company, technical assistance agreement and their subsequent implementation.
Sales of the company products at internal and external markets, establishment of after sales servicing, investigation of the new manufacturing and trade partners.
Marketing surveys of the commercial vehicle fleet of the republic, preparation of related database.
Coordination of the company business relationship with financial institutions in terms of establishment of L/Cs, obtaining credits required for the needs of company, solving current financial issues of the company and for involvement of financial institutions in the company products sales.
Coordination of the company business relationship with state authorities of the Republic, cooperation with the ministries, bank and suppliers, Uzbek and foreign participants of SamKocAuto JSC and other business partners.
Participation in preparations of drafts for the governmental decrees associated with the company activities.
Keeping and preparation of documentation for Supervisory Council and General Assembly of Shareholders of the company.
Participation in assimilation by the company of ISO-9001 version 2000 standard program.
Participation in negotiations with foreign partners.
