* Current business growth, new agreements by the following channels:
* Modern Trade (KA)
* Traditional Trade
* Regions (chains & distributors)
* HoReCa
* CIS;
* Personnel management (recruitment, salary & bonuses policy, trainings, etc);
* Company' price policy Development & control;
* Marketing & TM policy by channel
Reporting to: direct to GM Russia, doted to Sales & Marketing director in HQ, Austria.
Reporters: Sales department (70 people):
* KA (NKA manager + 4 KAM)
* HoReCa (National HoReCa manager + 4 SRs);
* Regions (Moscow: 1 RSM, 2 KAMs, 2 SVs, 20 SRs; NW: 1 RSM, 1 KAM, 6 SRs; Urals: 1 RSM, 1 KAM, 6 SRs; Volga: 1 RSM, 6 SRs; South: 1 RSM, 5 SRs; Siberia: 1 RSM, 1 KAM, 4 SRs; FE: 1 RSM, 2 SRs);
* Sales analyst
* Trade marketing manager;
* Merchandising manager.
