Selection of optimum logistic schemes (multimodal, unimodal, intermodal, the combined and mixed transportations). • Work with carriers, transport and forwarding firms and companies (container, package, railway and automobile transportations). • Coordination of payment terms and conditions. Cooperation with banks. • Certification: certificates and declarations of conformity issued in accordance with Custom Union Technical Regulations, other necessary licenses, certificates and declarations. • Inspection of delivered goods, equipment and materials for overage, shortage and damage. • Participation in investigations into the causes of overage, shortage and damage of purchased goods, equipment and materials. • Warranty and post-warranty services procedures were controlled and executed. • VAT (value added tax) return at export. • Taking part in exhibitions. • Import of machine-building technics, drilling rigs and tools, hydraulic static pile drives, engineering machines, aggregates and spare parts, common consumption goods, fresh and frozen foods, metalware goods, welding wire, cement etc.; • Export of: air traffic control systems (ATCS), tractors and engineering machines, aggregates and spare parts, steel plates, shape steel, steel slabs, polymeric goods, crude oil and oil products, foods import and export (nuts, snaks, fried fruits, candy fruits, fresh and frozen foods), consulting. • Total sum of executed contracts was over 15 million US dollars.- Июнь 2020 – апрель 2021

Creation of tasks for the certification body as a part of an agreed certification strategy. • Control and management of documents preparation for certificates and declarations (external painting, insulation, electrical and instrumentation, mechanical equipment, fire safety, steel structures, HVAC, piping). • In conjunction with the procurement group, control and management of execution of the supply plan of equipment and components, as well as certification and permitting documents. • Control of prepared certificates afford by the vendors. • Control and management of tests schedule preparation and documents set preparation based on tests results. • Management and control of certification and issuance permits process in accordance with the rules and requirements of EurAsEC and Russian legislation. • Certification matrixes for modules and pipelines (certificates and declarations of conformity issued in accordance with Custom Union Technical Regulations, technical passports, fire safety certificates, hygienic state registration, pattern approval certificates, justifications of safety, industrial safety expertise. • Coordination of information exchange between interested departments and services of the owner, contractor, certification bodies. • Management of certification documents and technical passports in hard copies and electronic versions. • Resolution of current issues related to access to certification documents of interested services within their competence. • Constant contact with relevant owner and contractor services on issues related to certification documentation. • Planning, external and internal reports. • Participation in internal meetings and meetings with owner and contractor on issues related to certification group activities. • Administrative and organization work. Document control. • Certification audit was done. • The certification strategy and policy were prepared, approved and implemented. • The certification body was chosen and approved. • The tasks for certification body within the coordinated strategy were created. • Certification matrixes for modules and pipelines (matrixes of External painting, matrixes of Insulation, matrixes of Electrical and Instrumentation, matrixes of Mechanical equipment, matrixes of Fire safety, matrixes of Steel structures, matrixes of HVAC, matrixes of Piping), technical passports, certificates and declarations, justifications of safety, modules fabrication dossiers were prepared. • Control and management of documents preparation for certificates and declarations was obtaining and of prepared certificates afford by vendors was exercised. • Control and management of tests schedule preparation and documents sets based on tests results preparation was carried out. • Coordination of information exchange on a constant basis was carried out. • Control of certification documentation and technical passports in hard copies and electronic versions was managed. • In continuous contact with the relevant services of the owner and contractor all issues connected with certification were resolved. • Planning was conducted, external and internal reports were provided. • Administrative and organizational work, document control was done.- Май 2019 – декабрь 2019

Information support of certification service and CPECC divisions on issues of certification documentation and information exchange. • Constant contact with relevant services of General Contractor and Owner on issues related to certification documentation. • Provide external and internal reports. • Participation in meetings between CPECC, General Contractor and Owner. • Administrative and organization work. Document control. • Receiving, storaging, maintaining and integrating of the database of original pages of technical passports, final revisions of approved technical passports and originals of technical passports were done. • Original technical passports were prepared / printed. • Certificates and technical passports in hard copy and electronic versions were managed. • Information support of certification service and CPECC divisions, General contractor and Owner on issues of certification documentation and information exchange was proceeded. • Current coordination of information exchange between interested divisions at the construction site, company, General contractor and Owner was realized. • External and internal reports were provided. • Administrative and organization work was done. • Document control was carried out.
