Basic specialization: – Oil and gas and industrial companies. Main clients: – National oil company OJSC “Rosneft” and its subsidiaries such as “Yuganskneftegaz” LLC – largest subsidiary and oil-producing enterprise in the group, OJSC “Tomskneft” – another large producing enterprise, which is jointly controlled by OJSC “Rosneft” and OJSC “Gazprom”, CJSC “YukosTransservice” – the second largest transportation company in Russia, “RN-Energo” LLC – the company is engaged in purchase and supply of electric energy throughout Rosneft group. OJSC “Rosneft” prepares its consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. My responsibilities were connected with variety of assignments such as deep research of industry in which the entity operates, identification of potential business and entity level risks, management of review procedures in respect of both stand alone and consolidated financial statement, supervision of audit tem of 5 people, communication with client; – Geotech Holding – second largest Russian oil-field service company and its subsidiaries such as: CJSC “Intaneft” – major drilling company, which is situated in Komi Republic, OJSC “Severgeophysika” – major subsidiary, which is engaged in provision of geophysic services. Geotech Holding prepares its consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. My responsibilities were connected with deep research of industry in which companies operate, supervision of audit teams on both locations, management of review procedures in respect of stand alone interim financial statements, communication with client and consultation on IFRS matters. – Other non significant clients, information may be provided upon request.
