Обязанности и достижения:
• Working within EMEA entities team, responsible for the following countries (Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Switzerland, Croatia, Canada) • Maintain general ledger of Booking.com EMEA entities in accordance with US GAAP; transformation US GAAP to Local GAAP • Control of month end process, ad-hoc reporting, full control of US GAAP books; • Control of local accounting books and statutory reports of Booking.com • Quality control of performance of accounting providers, maintenance of KPIs and communication of feedback • Preparation of financial statements and review of tax returns; • Working closely with advisers to mitigate potential tax risks; • Co-ordination of statutory audits of Booking.com EMEA entities performed by BIG 4; • Co-Ensure all procedures and controls within the Finance department are, and remain, SOX compliant and meet Internal Audit requirements; • Monthly closure within 3 working days, working in ERP system (SAP) • Participation in projects aiming to increase quality and efficiency, setting up new legal entities in deferent countries, switching accounting providers, SAP customization to different accounting standards
