My main mission was provision of financial consulting services for our clients. As a part of this mission, were taken the following activities: 1.Analysis of the company financial reports (cost-benefit analysis, business analyses, cash-flow analysis, financial gearing analysis), assistance in developing and implementing actions in order to improve financial situation of companies. 2.Take a part in cash-flow solving problems: 2.1.Assistance in developing and implementing budget projects, as a part of cash-flow optimization; 2.2.Provide consultancy in order to refine the budget monitoring, and to provide capital adequacy for company current projects. 3.Advising on implementing actions in order to refine situation with accounts receivable and accounts payable. 4.Advising on Foreign Trade Activities (help with passport currency transactions, help in customs registration services and help in cooperation with custom authority). 5.Provide consultancy for cooperation & negotiations with banks, lease companies, insurance companies. 6.Take a part in negotiations with leasing companies in order to refine financial terms of contracts: 6.1.Made of independent leasing calculations in order to optimize payment terms according planning cash-flow; 6.2.Analysing the lease contract with a view to non-optimal terms, support during negotiations, signing lease contracts; 6.3.Helping in cooperation with lease company during delivery and register leasing object; 6.4.Provide consultancy and developed systems for monitoring and management of leasing objects usage & movement (vehicle fleet, trucks, heavy equipment). 7.Take a part in invest analysis: 7.1.Analysis of efficiency of investments by different methods (Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return), comparison of projects for many factors; 7.2.Made a Brake-even analysis of planning production; 7.3.Made an Investment Risk analysis by Sensitivity method (Simulation), Scenarios method, made a diagram event tree. 8.Take a part in Due Diligence: 8.1.Analyzing the company financial reports with a view to accounts payable to the third persons, tax authorities; 8.2.Analyzing movable property registration documents; 8.3.Analyzing the company signed contracts with a view to accounts payable to the third persons. Achievements: take a part in consulting for interesting financial projects in automotive, development, hotel businesses; take a part in developing of rental company, automotive workshop.
