My responsibilities are/were:
Reporting:
- month-, quarter- closing periods 14 companies and representative offices as maximum in different countries,
- preparations year-end accounting reports (BS, P&L, Cash flow, Moving of the capital),
- preparations tax reports (profit tax, VAT, property tax, transport tax, land tax, state duties),
- providing reports to Pension and Social funds,
- special managing reporting easy to understand and use for decision making of project team,
- a forecast of year-end result, preparation of budget.
Communications:
- consultations in Russian and English related any accounting issues for colleagues and partners,
- successful communications with tax authorities, foreign shareholders,
- a successful experience in tax, bank and other kinds of audits (3 year experience with PwC: Russian, Swiss, Dutch)
- managing accountants, successful in hiring personnel
- checking agreements for tax risks and always finding the best solutions.
Special areas:
- payroll accounting (approx. 100 employees),
- implementing new NAV solutions in three countries – Russia, Switzerland, Netherland,
- big experience of controlling outsourcing service provider - timing, quality
- building new role of accounting department in company – friendly, helpful, professional.
