    + Reports to CEO and Founders of business; + Incomes analyzis with various parameters; + Purchasing/wastage reports calculating for accounting; + Consumption analyzis (what is sold most frequently, when is it sold, who sells the best of all); + Stock analyzis; Stock control and inventories: + Monthly inventories (physical counting, input of documents, assisting accountants with stock movement analytics); + Daily inventories (trip by trip, 10 inventories per day); + Implemented IT system and procedure of stock checking; + Reports of wastage/loss with analytics per product and business branches; + Reports for deductions from salaries based on daily inventories; + Created and trained instructions for document check for onboard controllers and correct data input for crew managers. Main achievements: 1) Inventory losses were fully compensated by responsibles thanks to correct work of procedure. 2) Decreased the volume of stock (frozen funds) through implementation of automated planning of purchase, that calculated consumption, stocks in days and nececcery purchase) 3) Improved visibility of business through analitycs of incomes and costs; 4) Decreased wastage through calculation of potential recycle of product. Personal achievement: 1) Learned how to cross check and double check using different sources of information and ways of counting in order to achieve reliable data; 2) Improved MS Excel skills (formulas VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot tables) 3) Improved English skills, especially business English (finance and accounting), communicating with foreign partners and synchronized translation of dialogues; 4) Connected business processes with figures in reports.

I really like working with interesting new tasks that require a creative approach and innovative solutions. In my work I prefer to look at the situation from different perspectives, being deeply-involved in the production / service process to become a totally reliable picture, and also interact with various departments for finding the best solution. Especially interesting to me are construction of management accounting, budgeting, plan-fact analysis. I have experience in successfully analyze of business and compiling explanatory notes and comments on the analyzed data. The main tool for solving tasks and analysis for me is MS Excel, where I confidently use formulas (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, compound formulas and many others). In closest time I'm up to master the course of Big-Data Analyse so as to use it in financial branch. In my free time I love reading, listening to music, dancing, doing sports and traveling. A break in work in 2017 - 2018 is associated with the preparation and defense of a master's thesis, as well as with unofficial work as a customer service manager.
