    Responsibilities / Experience: • Coordination of monthly closure process for Russia & Ukraine & Belarus operational finance department; • Provide financial analysis of the general profit and loss at the country/regional level in order to monitor gross profit and key financial performance figures (Profit & Loss by categories, Revenue analysis, Cash flows, Working capital, Balance sheet) for Russia, Ukraine & Belarus; • Provide leadership in the driving of Forecast and business plan building process. Discussion and explanation the deviation of the results vs. forecast to Financial VP; • Preparation scorecard with Key financial & business data for Board team. Provide financial information to business leaders to support the profitable development; analysis of the results including Variance Analysis, Indirect costs, Supply Chain costs, Gross margin analysis and provisions etc; • Submission of the results to Region Business Groups/Global Financial Groups including commentaries; • Ensure implementation and maintenance of costing process and tools within corporate guidelines; • Implement locally, group financial policies as well as group financial projects. Support to Accounting department in development of internal accounting procedures and proper accounting treatments for transactions to be in line with IFRS requirements; • Audit and test of compliance with corporate policies, including Sarbanes & Oxley requirements; • Lead of 10 subordinates. Achievements: • Improve Reporting scores from 70% to 100%; • Automation of SAP-BW reporting process with Regional SAP for financial reporting; • National Information Office implementation (MBI) - special portal for collect all reports across company; Lead the process of simplification and usage improvement for MBI. RUB is best in AAR region in 2014; • Transfer part of MR activities to third party provider that supported to MR processes standardization with global requirements and as result improve speed of reporting by one day in 2014; • SAP and reporting process implementation (1st of October 2014) for Kalina business.
