MAIN RESPONSOBILITIES:  I administered sales, including the establishment of the pricelists and invoicing them in the 1S system;  I administered sales supporting programs;  I prepared documents and conducted audits of dealer warehouses/stockyards;  I deposited payments from counterparties on daily basis;  I processed incoming documents from counterparties from the finance department side;  I controlled the current liquidity of the company;  I worked on a weekly basis with Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reports;  I administered the process of controlling bank guarantees (letters of credit) on the markets of the RB, RK;  I engaged financial support of warranty procedures of Volvo cars on the RF, RK, RB markets. ACHIEVEMENTS:  I implemented the EDT system "Contur.Diadok" and optimized its integration with 1S, which increased speed of processing documents from counterparties from 3 weeks to 1 week;  I implemented and optimized the procedure of the Electronic Passport System (EPTS), which made possible to accelerate the issuance of cars to customers on the day of them redemption;  I supplemented and optimized the process of re-invoicing warranty types.
