- Administration:
Теlephone, fax, mail and e-mail handling;
Full travel and visa support of Moscow office Head and Italian colleagues during their business-trips
Documents translation and preparation (presentations, contracts, commercial offers)
Assisting at meetings, (MoM, Interpreting)
- Office-manager:
Full supply and maintenance of the office (160m2) (moving, buying office furniture, furnishing the new office)
- Accountancy
Preparing monthly advance reports of the Head's business-trips
Preparing financial reports to the Head office in Milan
Pay invoices and bills by means of Online Banking program
Keep track of RUR, EUR, Card account balances, petrol card and mobile phone balances
Interacting with Tax inspection on various issues
- HR management:
Keeping track of sick-leaves, vacation days,
Preparing orders on business trip, salary raise etc,
Hiring temporary personnel
- Miscellaneous:
Organizing participation in business events (exhibitions/ seminars/ conferences/ meetings);
Coordinating between different sub-divisions located in several cities, within the company;
Liaising with clients, partners and agents;
Supervising driver, outsourced accountant, suppliers,
- Legal issues:
Preparing set of documents for obtaining accreditation for Moscow and Lipetsk rep offices, change of legal address,
Preparing documents for entering SRO (self-regulating company in construction and design)
