Power distribution network design, installation and maintenance management total capacity 14 MVA. Communications with energy consumers to develop power load list. Technical solutions developing based on existing power network. Design check and coordination. Coordination and supporting a power provider team for all stages – design, installation, operation for the Games and Test events, control on site. Design and installation schedule control. Risk management. I had thirty of contractors staff in subjection. Regulations on labor protection control. The implementation of cooperation with the International Sports Broadcasting (ISB), Government of Azerbaijan, National Grid company. Took participation in tender to select a temporary power provider, transformers provider and temporary cabins/tents provider. During Games time Venue risk assessment role to provide quick Energy troubleshooting, managing contractors on site. Worked in English-speaking team.

I have a personal thanks from the Russian President – V.V. Putin and Russian Ministry of Energy Development of Energy master schedule with IOC Energy expert – Dimitri A. Beis. The plan reflected all key process in Energy Department and had IOC master schedule check points. Coastal cluster Venues (6 competition and 4 non-competition: Main Media Center, Coastal Village, Central Stadium, UDAC) temporary power design check according with IOC (International Olympic Committee), OBS (Olympic Broadcasting Services) and Russian Ministry of Energy power requirements. One of the important task was to be into power limits because one of Gas-Turbine power plant construction was forbidden by Government ecological control organization. According with final design revision created a list with specifications and transformers locations. It was a base for transformer stations provider tender. I took participation in negotiations with transformer providers. In result all 72 transformer stations installed in time. Final power design revision also gave full power requirements total capacity of 80 MVA for temporary Low voltage and Medium voltage power provider tender. During an active deployment of temporary power supply network I was a project manager for installation of temporary Low voltage network. Directly reporting on progress to Sochi-2014 top management and IOC. I took participation in operational plan development. It reflected the interaction of all power supply participants during the Games. The plan successfully tested during Test Events and both Technical rehearsals. During the Test Events and Technical rehearsals, as well as Olympic Games, I played role of energy representative in infrastructure functional center personally responsible for elimination of problems on Energy at all Olympic Venues. Worked in English-speaking team.
