Full responsibility in the planning and leading of all task related to radiation safety at the Nuclear Research Center La Reina and the Nuclear Research Center Lo Aguirre, this includes over 30 facilities that work with radioactive material. Head of the National Nuclear/Radioactive Emergencies Response Team. This position involves providing the operational emergency response throughout the national territory.  I could transform, how the entire safety program was running, changing it in a modern, efficient and that it meets international requirements.  Active contribution to the development of national regulations, operating procedures, and "train the trainer" programs.  I've provided classes, workshops, and training in radiological safety, security culture, and emergency response, in universities and state institutions (police, firemen, customs, intelligence, and the military).  Managed financial decisions on external and internal projects, hiring of personnel, service contracts, client services and more.  Successful implementation of the norm ISO9001.
