Starting from the registration of all the necessary documents at the government offices to open the representative office in Uzbekistan up to making contracts with the local importers. Preparation of Bid documents, taking part in bidding operations. Assistance to clients with customs clearance and shipment of goods. Other administrative tasks related to accounting, reporting and visa. We were awarded by ADB as a winner for the Supply of Road construction Equipment in March 05, 2009 for the amount of more than USD 16.3 mln. I prepared almost all the necessary papers specified in Bidding Documents. Second award we received by ADB to supply excavators to Termez city for Surkhandarya Water Supply and Sanitation Project for Uzbek Communal Sevices Agency in 27.10. 2009. I wrote Master Thesis with the title "Which One is the First? The Rapid Privatization or Institutional Framework? Experiences of Transition Countries". This paper covers different transition paths of economies mainly in three regions: Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltics (CEEB); Commonwealth of Independent States (or Former Soviet Union) and Mongolia (FSUM) and China. The reason of why I paid attention to the area of privatization as the main factor of structural change is that of its connection to the development of these countries and their achievements after they start transforming their economies. Which one might be the great cause for their thriftiness!? Institutional factor, initial conditions, geographical location or political decisions? Experiences of some countries show none of these may be the first, we have to look deeper by taking into account other evidences. Problem of my paper was to discover these evidences to clarify the effect of different factors with minimum errors.- Август 2004 – март 2005
