Обязанности и достижения:
- transactions support and deals making;
- searching & maintaining professional relations with resident and non-resident customers (including facilities presentation, pre-sales consultations; Finance, Legal & Technical services co-ordination, Projects accompanying, etc.);
- analysis, collaboration and implementing for the Company’s development strategy and carrying forward the facilities putting up to sale (writing the business concepts, articles of advertisement contains, etc.);
- maintaining collaboration with the foreign partners, foreign and local brokers, consulting and investment companies cooperation/agency agreements signing;
- PR & advertising strategy planning and elaborating including articles and presentations writing;
- participation in International business forums, conferences and exhibitions devoted to Real Estate & Land Development sectors held in Cannes (France), Vienna (Austria), Munich (Germany), etc..
