Responsibilities:
• Development and implementation of digital strategies for business;
• Conducting marketing research: monitoring markets and client industries, competitor analysis, SWOT analysis; developing unique selling proposition (USP), segmentation, identifying target audience and preparation of buyer personas pen portraits
• Analysis of the current state of companies on the Internet, comprehensive website audit and preparation of recommendations for improving the site structure, usability, content, website promotion, traffic attraction and retention;
• Consulting clients regarding development strategy, positioning, brand awareness, online and offline promotion at each stage of the sales funnel;
• SEO strategies development and implementation: conducting semantic keyword research, creating a site structure and its main sections, configuring meta tags, internal and external link-building, technical site optimization, improvement of user behavior factors; monitoring site's performance, checking and fixing website errors in Yandex and Google Webmaster tools;
• Developing and implementing a content strategy and plan, assigning tasks for copywriters, writing, editing and translating texts and articles for websites, analyzing and optimizing content to increase conversion and engagement;
• Maintaining clients’ websites, content administration, including filing and making changes with\via html and css, creating new website pages, categories, landing pages using CMS WordPress; working with web developers on installation of necessary website functionality;
• Online advertising (PPC): creation and management of advertising campaigns in Yandex Direct and Google Adwords (launch, maintenance, adjustment, compilation of effective ads), remarketing campaigns, ad campaign optimization based on conducted analytics and advertising costs, tracking and improving ad campaign performance;
• Coordinating copywriters, content managers, designer, web developers, setting requirements and controlling project execution;
• Participation in concept creation for websites and landing pages graphic design, A/B testing and analysis of results;
• User behavior analysis, including user actions from clicking an ad to conversion and preparation of recommendations for better perfomance;
• Email strategy planning and campaign creation, letter templates creation, copywriting, setting up and delivering newsletters via Mailchimp, A/B testing, tracking and analysis of email campaign effectiveness;
• Offering new thematic websites for advertising and target audience acquisition, cooperation with representatives of online media, information resources, industry sites and thematic forums;
• SMM management (VK and Facebook), engaging post creation, customer service, community management, social media analysis, studying targeted advertising;
• Monthly reporting on website optimization and effectiveness of promotion channels, working with Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, end-to-end business analytics Roistat;
• Constant tracking current industry news, trends, case studies and new tools in digital marketing field;
• Searching for new channels to promote agency services, offering PR activities, driving enhancing reputation and building an exclusive image of the company.
Achievements:
- Managed simultaneously from 4 to 10 projects of different categories (mototechnics, construction, ecommerce, eco-vehicles, start-ups, medicine, equipment for ACS, real estate investments and others);
- Created the tool for clustering semantic queries together with a web developer and designer to reduce time on workflow and increase productivity;
