MARKETING AND PRODUCT LAUNCH
• Delivered highest ever turnover growth of 44% for Gucci fragrances in 2013 by increasing share of shelf 4 times in biggest customer L'Etoile during main consumption periods
• Launched 9 new brand lines, including "Guilty" – the biggest male line in Gucci portfolio, with top-3 turnover and share ranking in key perfumery chains (L'Etoile, Rive Gauche, Ile de Beaute) over 6 months period
PR AND MEDIA PLANNING
• Created new media model for Gucci, improving media ROI by shifting focus from traditional media to digital
• Achieved highest share of voice of Gucci in digital media among all perfume brands in 2012
• Developed PR/Digital strategy for P&G distributor partner PharmaRussia to expand luxury male grooming brand "The Art of Shaving" in Russia
• Led PR strategy execution together with distributor, achieved 34 million PR impressions in TV, press and digital
TEAM LEADERSHIP AND PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
• Coordinated multi-functional team of 10+ people including trade marketing, sales, finance and logistics
• Led internal training on effective presentation skills for P&G employees, trained 70+ people
