    LLC. "Wiskoza" traiding company of clothes. Main field of activity of the company: selling clothes all over Russia and CIS. Own logistics chain. Сustomers: Wholesale to (stationary) shops, Online shops and retail customers. Position: Logistics manager. Responsibility and functions: Work for B2C and B2B sectors of business. I had target to increase the profitability of delivery by 20% and to expand the radius of the territory delivery by 10 km. Working in the warehouse: - I accepted goods every day. I carried out accounting and shipping of goods in a modern automated warehouse 1700 m2 with 4,500 goods. - I optimized and improved the warehouse operation due to this, the company began to instantly update the quantity of goods stock in 1C program. - I developed an address storage system in the warehouse due to this inventory time reduced to 1 day. - I formed and controlled orders for the supply of clothing from factories (I worked with 9 factories) - I controlled the supply of clothes to the warehouse (I checked the quantity to match the invoices). - I sorted orders by customer. I worked with programs: 1С 8.2; OpenCart: ocStore version 1.5.5.1.2; ocStore version 2.3.0.2.2; WarehouseCloud; eCommerce. - I made barcodes to orders. I scanned and assigned of orders to couriers (in depending on their routes). - I took inventory at the warehouse once a week. I found surplus and shortage of goods. I gave recommendations on planning of procurements, due to this reduced to costs by 15%. Customer work. - I called the clients and arranged the courier's arrival time. - I controlled the delivery of orders from the warehouse to the client. - I solved conflict situations with clients. The main achievements: - I reduced logistics costs by 10-15% in December 2018. Because I developed a rational and cost-effective routes (created 6 courier routes of the city). - I increased the delivery distance by 10 km from the city (around the city) it became possible to deliver of orders to more remote areas. This opportunity increased of sales by 15% (compared to the same period of 2017). - I reduced the average delivery time by 30% that improved the deliverability of orders.

World leader include two main field of activity of the company: The first line of business: workwear rental and laundry services. Workwear rental solutions for a range of sectors including healthcare providers, construction firms, bars, hotels, restaurants and etc. The second line of business: Lobby and designer carpets rental. Carpet servise include: delivery, washing, drying of carpets. Position: Delivery specialist with functions: logistics manager, sales representative, warehouse worker. Responsibility and functions: My main task was increase in the total area of carpets services. Due to the sale of services to new customers and additional sales to current customers. Customer work: - I called to customers and created new routes of delivery for the next day. - I negotiated with potential and current customers for delivery and service. - I made new contracts for new locations. I kept long-term relationships with customers. I kept in constant feedback. - I solved problem cases with clients for a delivery of carpets. Working in the warehouse: - I loaded and unloaded carpets in car for delivery. - I took inventory at the warehouse twice a week. I counted the stock. I checked presentable type of carpets. I controlled the quality of washing and drying. Main achievement: I made contract with alcohol shops for mat service (added extra 463,68 m2 of carpets). That increased the profitability of logistics by 30% and reduced of logistics costs by 10-15% on average in 2018. Due to this profit of company increased and also the recognition and reputation of the company around 70 km of the city.
