Servicing customers: attending meetings, raising contracts, following up on shipping schedules and timely payments, resolving disputes, making sure sales targets are achieved. Coordinating with demand planning and supply chain teams on production and deliveries. Being a member of a worldwide crisis management team and supporting measures in cases of ports closure, political unrest, market access ban, force majeure etc. Ensuring shipping requirements are adhered to.
