Обязанности и достижения:
• Supervising Internal Sales Team (12 direct reports-Moscow, Kiev, Saint-Petersburg, Ekaterinburg). Hiring, adaptation, motivation, coaching, balancing workload within the Team, including vacation & back-up planning. Setting business goasl, define metrics and handling yearly discussiona on results.Support the Team with knowledgem decision making and priority setting. Facilitating relevant communication flow toward ISR Team.
• Acting as Internal Sales Representative for assigned customers and develop personal relationships with entire customer base (200+).
• Being Group Representative towards entire Customer base and other Arrow departments in Europe, Belorus, Ukraine (Finance, Legal, Export, Warehouse, Quote Team, Asset Team). Handling recovery actions when needed.
• Reporting (daily, weekly, yearly). Handling Customer forecasts on weekly bases or as requested.
• Controlling Overdue AR, Overdue backlog, order fulfillment process, RMAs, delayed shipments etc
• Customer visits. Supporting Suppliers with necessary reports or helping with general requests.
Working out instructions, procedures to ensure effective business processes.
• Presenting Oracle updates on Order Fulfillment, Deliveries, Quoting.
• Handling weekly meetings with the Team, Customers, Suppliers, other Arrow Departments.
