    OOO Robert Bosch Coordinator of internal auditor's team * Project leader for transition of internal Accounting and Finance controls from legal entities to internal control group: Creating and leading all documentation for the project in accordance with Bosch standard; Creating and updating procedures and instructions; Regular internal communication with the team and management; Identification of gaps in previous controls at organization; proactive work for elimination of gaps in monitoring procedures conduction; auditors daily support and consulting regarding to internal Accounting and Finance controls standards; * Project leader for transition nonCF controls from other divisions: analyze current monitoring procedures processes in logistics, purchasing, sales, IT Systems, Signature rules; Creating and updating procedures and instructions (stocktaking, scrapping of inventory, logistics costs; CCA, CUA usage control in Sales; Sales conditions, Sales goods and service invoices, free of charge deliveries, credit notes to third parties, commissions to third parties, signature authorizations; CAA, CCA, CUA, AdA, SeA check according to C/AO CD AIM; Commercial applications within organization); * Standardization of controls within eight legal entities in area of Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Human Resources, Signature regulation, IT Systems; Regular internal communication with the process owners; Adaptation of controls in accordance with the central requirements of the company; * Team capacity planning; * Risk analyze within organization, constant communication with process owners for avoiding any risks: creating and tracking of measures; * Consolidation, support and tracking of conduct self checks and Self-assessments within of conformity with core requirements of Bosch Standards for risk management the organization; consolidated report to management; * Consultation of managers in case of filling of list of irregularities by central internal audit team: check the gaps in assessment and elimination of deviations if exist; * Mentoring for the employees: consultation on requests; * Critical authorizations checks performing: Detective Controls of the administration of user authorizations for applications within the information technology; control access to risky processes and confidential data as well as transparency about the risks arising from the assignment of user authorizations; * Introduction of new types of controls / adaptation of controls in accordance with the central requirements of the company: in logistics special transport and FCM sphere; * Development, implementation and monitoring of measures to eliminate identified deviations; * Regular reporting on conducted audits to management and cooperation with central divisions for providing results of audit; Communication with Central Audit department in frame of internal controls process; * Internal control coordinator for 3 divisions; * Administrator for internal controls tool in Russia (COMFORT); * Continuous improvements process (CIP) coordinator; * Development and tracking KPIs; * Reporting preparation and presentation of the control's result to management; * * IdM administrator for the team.
