Обязанности и достижения:
1. Preparation of Lease Agreements, additional agreements, alignment of Protocol of disagreements and other documentation.
2.Preparing and checking the lease documents for the tenants in accordance with the internal rules and regulations, negotiating the documents with other relevant departments, and also controling/monitoring the lease documents.
2.Database operation (CRM, Maconomy).
3.Participation in negotiations with current and potential Tenants according to the job responsibilities.
4. Being the first contact for tenants for agreement related questions and supports existing and new tenants on the internal leasing procedures.
5.Updating tenant’s information in the databases (legal information, contact data, etc.).
6.Checking and registering documents in the financial system.
7.Controling/monitoring the internal signing process and the signing process from the tenants side.
8.Preparation of reports, documents and presentations related to different administrative issues.
