Main responsibilities
* Mortgage lending;
* Development and improvement of the mortgage products, credit approval process, tariffs, sales channels, procedures of interaction with product and sales partners, marketing strategy, launch of the products in Moscow and regional branches of the bank;
* Market analysis and optimization of the products and procedures in accordance with the requirements of the market;
* Loan portfolio management, products profitability analysis;
* Preparation of materials for mass-media, PR, participation in the relevant exhibitions and conferences;
* Recruiting, trainings and managements of the personnel of the department, preparation and control of the trainings on products and procedures;
* Participation in retail banking overall development (creation of the ``service packages'' for the clients of different segments, sales of retail banking products administration, automatic system of request processing, scoring, operational model, office formats, rebranding);
* Risk-management (optimization of the risk requests processing and decision making, credit policy);
