- standardization and regulation of business processes, corporate governance arrangements; development and forming-up of organizational structure; performance assurance, operational coordination and information interchange between structural subdivisions;
- strategic, operational, investment planning / forecasting of financial activities; in-process monitoring of budgetary performance / plans of divisions, business units, projects (management by differences, plan-factual, itemized statistical analysis, assessment of permissible variation limits);
- financial and economic analysis, budget simulation, policy formulation for optimizing of assets and liabilities structure, costs behavior pattern estimation, profit sensitiveness to alteration in market conditions, solvency guarantee, profitability improving, capitalization, capital invested efficiency;
- implementation and setting up of accounting and taxation systems from scratch, accounting state examination / accounting and reporting recovery; tax avoidance strategy and economic security providing, working out of accounting principles, workflow, methodology;
- control and implementation of treasury functions (cash flow management; enforcement of obligations fulfillment to budgets, funds, suppliers; completion of a payment schedule);
- introduction/ adoption of a corporate security policy, carrying-out of dealings assessment and draft agreements examination, identification and hedging of financial, operational, business risks; protection of property interests;
- financial structure designing, managerial documentation (forms content, financial highlights), drawing up of methodology, corporate group consolidated management statements preparation and approval with founders, investors;
- participation in due diligence for merges @ acquisitions deals, involvement for appraisal tax, legal, operational, financial situation and forecast, consultancy services rendering;
- development, implementation, maintenance of software requirements specifications for financial planning, budgeting, reporting and analysis processes automation; functional capabilities extension of accounting system and platform architecture with integration of modules and add-ins (CRM, 1C).
