Drive and grow business value, set and achieve financial and strategic targets and participate in Business Group/Functions Management Team to ensure financially sound decision-making.
Own and manage the strategic & operational (business/financial) planning process and performance management with the relevant organization and drive for the delivery of the committed results.
Ensure appropriate business action & response to changes in financial results, customer preferences and external factors.
Collaborate with local & global IT teams in SAP replenishment through the project leading (Finance domain), business processes structuring, functional requirements with business reference setting.
Drive functional cost levels towards benchmark levels.
Team management (4 Business controllers)
4Y in a row each Quarter financial KPIs (CSG, Gross Margin, EBITDA, WoCa) over performance vs latest forecast and annual targets
Double CSG% YoY coupled by Profitability improvement (EBITDA +10% in 4 Years)
Cost Productivity gradual step-up (-0,5% each year) through efficient Sellex management (Cost Effectiveness & Consistent Improvement, LEAN methodology application)
Channel / category profitability approach and IT tool development from scratch further taken at global level as «best in class» and rolled out worldwide within Philips as standard
Commercial Terms and Trade Investments transparency and visibility enhancement. Forecast accuracy increased to from ~70% to ~95%. Level of predictability and trust significantly improved
Financial and Change management actions support in crucial cross-functional projects. Support new categories launches (OneBlade, Sonicare, IPL) and channels development (CIS, Loyalty & Incentives)
Anti-Crisis management to fight negative FX development, market volatility and tough competition through Sales strategy adaptation, driving operational excellence, launching innovative products, stock management
Partnership and collaboration with banks, customers and partners on the mutually beneficial solutions development
