Key responsibilities and functions:
• Top-10 key acconts support (Tervolina, Paolo Conte, Shopping Live etc.), work with almost all online platforms - Lamoda, Wildberries, KupiVip, Sapato, support of 100 clients from Russia, Belarus, Kasakhstan and the Ukraine.
• Full transaction support from order receipt and its placement on the factories till promptness of delivery control and after-sales service.
• Past seasons sales analytics (including ABC-analysis, acquisition and forecast of client demands to the next collection upon various criteria).
• Participation in collection meetings (negotiations with representatives of other countries, last season sales analysis including changes on the market, market monitoring and benchmarking, inspiration from the most successful styles of competitors).
• Cooperation with global logistics companies (Best Logistic; DPD).
• Certificate of conformity preparation (from receiving samples and making a certification inquiry till receiving a ready document).
• Communication improvement within the department and with related business units.
• Development, implementation of statistics receiving system and its analysis.
• Market research, trend and market environment analysis (avaluation of commercial policies of vendors and customers, knowing of competitors' offers and their work performance, sales schemes analysis).
• Assortment management (listing/delisting, assortment optimisation, definition of product matrix).
• Participation in an annual company strategy development within the global company strategy and its implementation.
• Everyday communication with designers and technology specialists in the production office in Germany (in Pirmasens), logistics department in Detmold and with buyers of the biggest clients as an intermediary between production and marketing.
• Special order placement (CTM, unique styles and materials).
• Participation in regional, Russian-wide and intermational exhibitions, business trips within Russia and Germany.
• Quality control (quality claims and reclamations), its evaluation and definition of technical requirements for technology specialists in order to eliminate the defect.
• Negotiations with clients.
Results:
• Enlarged insurance coverage by 15% in 2018 due to goods turnover analysis.
• Solved quality problem. Defected goods (unstuck soles) were not only accepted from the clients, but also analyzed and together with technology specialists a new glue suitable for Russian weather was found.
• Developed and implemented statistics acquisition and analysis system (article, sales, sales plans analysis).
• Took part in EuroShoes, MosShoes, GDS, Gallery Shoes, regional exhibitions in St. Petersburg.
• Supported key accounts in showrooms in Germany in order to adjust and approve unique styles (models as well as CTM).
• As a result of intercommunication with other departments new styles were developed and produced.
