Business Process Manager, reports to Finance Director Eastern Europe. Main areas of responsibility and projects: 1) SAP implementation project. - Designing of TO-BE processes based on SAP in production planning, material and warehouse management, sales and distribution areas. As business process owner for several areas I assisted to technical consultants in preparation of the Blueprint papers (functional and technical documentation). I also signed-off these papers first. 2) Change leader in process re-designing in business departments through IT and organizational changes: - Credit limit monitoring and customers controls in trading and financial IT systems for grain trading department, I work together with grain traders, financial controller and supervised IT consultants who configured trading and financial systems. - Redesigning of organizational structure in financial and grain departments in Russia and Ukraine. SOX managers in Russia and Ukraine assisted me. - Locate risk areas and control points in processes and find the ways to eliminate risks for financial control and transparency goals. 3) Project Manager from Finance and IT in the launch of Oil Extracting plant (Plant investments over USD 120 mln., plant stuff about 200). Duties: - Supervising technical staff in implementing AXAPTA ERP system in the plant. - Supervising a person who prepared plant documentation and procedures. - Realization of finance and business requirements though AXPTA ERP and/or paper reports. - Updating the issue log for Finance and IT activities. Plant chief accountant and plant finance controller assisted me in that task. - Updating the schedule of activities of all departments, if finance department depends on that activity. - Provide meetings and resolve issues between Finance, IT and other departments. - Provide user acceptance test and Business Integration Testing (BIT). BIT is two-week simulations of monthly production cycle of the plant from preparing production plans and reports, up-to receiving financial and managerial reports from AXAPTA ERP system. I effectively lead and drive people from different departments and cross-functions. I have had high level of technical competence, personal effectiveness and coaching skills during my job and achieved “almost outstanding” rating in my appraisal.

MARS hired me for process improvement project based on SAP. My position was Supply Chain analyst. For the first six months I studied thoroughly the Supply Chain processes from buying area up-to sales and distribution. After six months the decision was taken to postpone the project. Then I was offered the position of Business Processes analyst in Product Availability Department (logistics). I participated in IT and process improvement projects. I analyzed, revealed gaps and business needs, verified AS-IS and reconciled TO-BE business processes. I also prepared functional specifications, user documentation and provided user trainings.
