    • International LPG trading establishment: procurement in CIS, refining in Belorussia, sales to Ukraine, Europe, Asia (over 10 KT per month). • In charge of commercial and operations department (10 managers): sales, customs clearance, analytics, purchase, logistics, cash flow, financial and business planning, reporting, pricing. • supervision of subsidiaries in Belorussia, Ukraine, Russia. Development of activity plans; targets achievement monitoring; • Development of relations with producers, export and domestic LPG terminals, expeditors, as well as customers in Europe, Russia and Asia; participation in tenders for LPG purchases from CIS producers. • Participation in international tenders for LPG delivery to counterparties: petrochemical refineries, LPG plants, LPG retail companies. • Development of LPG sales at Ukraine exchanges. Achievements: - over 80 KT of LPG exported from Russia and Belorussia to Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia (EBITDA over $600 000). - Signed supply contracts with all LPG producers in Russia, Belorussia, Kazakhstan. - Launched LPG rehandling and sales via 12 LPG depots in Russia, Belorussia and Ukraine. - Launched refining of Russian origin LPG raw source at refineries in Belorussia and Ukraine, over 5 KT of raw LPG. - Launched LPG sales auctions at Ukrainian Energy Exchange. - won 2 long term export supply LPG tenders for 2017 from LPG producers in Russia and Belorussia.

    • Established FO, VGO and base oils purchases and export from FSU producers to Shell European refineries and clients; • development of business relations with producers, export terminals, expeditors in FSU as well as with European clients and international traders; • supply and demand analytics – daily preparation and exchange with Shell traders for trading activities; • crude FSU refineries upgrade monitoring. Ex FSU export flows forecasts, routes of export (Baltics, Black sea, Far East), quality (cracked, straight run, LS, HS etc.); • FSU export terminals capacities monitoring; • FSU Oil Refineries P&Ls and net backs forecasting with changes in export duties, prices, taxes etc. Achievements: - launched purchases of straight run Fuel oil from independent Russian refineries for export via a Baltic ports; - worked out strategy for Shell ex Russia and FSU VGO, FO and BO supply development; - worked out FO, VGO and BO FSU supply and demand balance for 2016 – 2017 incl export volumes forecast with estimated routes of export (Black sea, Baltics, FE) as well as grades and expected terminals - implemented in Shell for 2016-2017 world FO and VGO supply and demand forecast.
