More than 7 years experience as Business Development Manager in Russia and CIS with Ricardo UK Ltd and Texelis, France.
My key responsibilities and accountabilities as Business Development Manager in the companies Ricardo and Texelis comprise: search potential new customers in Russia and CIS, their senior level contacts, make Ricardo and Texelis presentation, develop and maintain effective customer relationships, support all companies projects and companies staff work in Russia including interpretation and translation when required, arrange their meetings, support project management and business development.
I have initiated first business contacts with Russian companies in 2007-2009 and was directly involved in negotiating and signing contracts for development the diesel and fuel engines, transmissions with best of them (AvtoVAZ; Yaroslavl Motor Works; Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant, KAMAZ, Military Industrial Company, VPK). I supported liaison activities with the Russian companies during execution the contracts. During my work as Business Development Manager I have got contacts with key persons of many Russian companies in automobile and railway industry, clean energy & power generation.
Over 4 years work experience in USA and UK as Senior CAE Engineer, more than 7 years experience with Ricardo UK Ltd and Texelis SAS as Business Development Manager, 10 years work as Associate Professor gave me unique experience and practice on skills of:
- communication, presentation and teamwork;
- solution-oriented approach to work;
- definition of project objectives and contents in cooperation with customers, technical experts and team members;
- planning of CAE simulation tasks;
- monitoring of costs, dates & deadlines;
- supervision of technical progress, preparation of regular reports;
- presentation of simulation results in customer meetings;
- conflict-resolution, managerial and organizational experience.
