    Обязанности и достижения:

    I am results oriented and customer focused business development manager with 20+ years of professional service provided to a wide range of Australian exporters. I developed, maintained and supported complex relationships with external and internal stakeholders including State / Territory governments, customers, partners, regulatory bodies and industry associations. I acquired a high level of knowledge and understanding in multiple industries. I provided comprehensive advice to clients, including providing technical and strategic advice in relation to scoping, entering and expanding within Russia and Central Asia. My job duties include: • Undertake market research and analysis to identify market trends for existing and emerging business opportunities for Australian companies across wide range of industry sectors • Collect and assess information on various industrial sectors, including on healthcare, infrastructure, transportation, consumer goods, mining and IT on a regular basis • Provide industry briefs and market analysis for further agency and client/s reviews as a basis for interim reporting and decision making • Provide industry specific market research and consultations, including on: o Evaluation of the capacity and potential of the specific industry sector/s o Assessment of the factors and problems, which exporters face in the Russian market and suggest possible solutions o Potential partner/s search and support to Australian companies from the market entry level through to signing commercial contracts and achieving export outcomes o Engage in business correspondence; organization of meetings and videoconferences, participation in business negotiations o Arrange and coordinate business missions and visit programs within Russia and Central Asian region • Ensure liaison and ongoing communication with wide business network/major stakeholders, as well as with Russian government officials and regional authorities • Monitor and assess key business and sectoral trends and significant commercial developments in Russia • Arrange and facilitate meetings arrangements for the Senior Trade Commissioner and Australian Ambassador with the senior management of largest Russian companies and regional authorities • Participate in various industry events, i.e. fairs, conferences etc. representing Australian clients and Austrade respectively Major outcomes: I have provided business development and product promotion services to many Australian companies. I have applied Austrade business practices and maintained accuracy of information at all Austrade business systems by delivering accurate and timely reporting and effective client relationship management. In average, 10-20 market briefs and partner search reports were prepared after completion of client’s services (annually). Up to 50% of my clients have engaged in commercial partnership relations and achieved sales outcomes in the market. Many of them followed up and applied for additional services seeking to expand to other markets, ex. in Central Asia.
