- Prepared analysis of insurance market and development of new sales technologies; recommendations in the framework of research and final work at the MBA course "Development of a strategic plan for the Health + product. International Medical Insurance in the Russian Market» (startup)
- Drafted proposal and managed the E2E process, that leads to winning this RFP for one of the major banks and the project reached the breakeven point for six months;
- Developed most of the company's main procedures, major business processes, documents, system alerts, control alerts, reports for software used in the company were developed and implemented, and tested;
- Configured the CRM (prosperworks), all data is entered, sales pipelines are written, customer cards are created, interrelations are built, and user instructions are prepared. Contacted the users in case of problems and worked with developers from the USA
- Acted as a primary contact for strategic partner’s inquiries, requests and escalations and liaison between partners and GHI internal support teams (i.e., Sales, Service control, Product Development, IT, Accounting…

- Developed effective underwriting process, time control, preliminary consultation with partners and clients, drafting requests, collecting information, working with underwriters at the evaluation stage.
